Skid-mounted self-energy hot washing wax cleaning device
The wax removal device completes the hot washing of the well bore with the cooperation of the water injection well pump or pumping unit.It uses wellhead casing gas as fuel,heats the water source of the water injection well or the self-produced liquid(crude oil)of the well group through the heating furnace to the wax removal temperature(95~105℃),and then uses the pressure of the water injection pump or the power of the oil pump to inject it into the casing of the target well for thermal cleaning of the wellbore.With the continuous rise of the temperature of oil,gas and water in the tubing,the wax on the pipe and rod is gradually melted,so as to achieve the purpose of wax removal.

2、With more functions,it can meet the functions of well flushing,pipeline cleaning,heating and export of shale oil station.
① Well group with casing gas pressure≥0.03MPa or sufficient gas source.
② Due to the high heat transfer efficiency of heat transfer oil,the temperature of heat transfer oil shall not exceed 120℃in principle during on-site hot cleaning.
③ Wax removal can be achieved within 4-5 hours of wellbore hot washing.
3、Main features
① The liquid phase of heat transfer oil transports heat energy and will not freeze in cold winter(the condensation point of heat transfer oil is about-60℃).
② The tubing is heated from shallow to deep,and the wax removal is complete.
③ The magnetic flap level gauge and oil dipstick are installed,and the failure of the level gauge will not affect the observation of the heat transfer oil level.
④ Compared with the paraffin remover and boiler truck,the paraffin remover has the advantages of stable hot washing,lasting effect,automatic control and remote control,energy conservation and environmental protection,compact and flexible,convenient movement and convenient operation.
4、Safety and environmental protection
The paraffin removal device is equipped with a complete set of automatic transmission control for temperature,pressure,liquid level and flow.Users can also remotely monitor,process control and dispatch management through the remote operation and maintenance platform;Fire extinguishers,fire shovel,fire hooks,fire blankets and maintenance tools are provided on site to prevent use
